The new draft regulation regarding the curbside recycling system for certain residual materials places companies at the heart of the system by giving them full responsibility for the containers, packaging and printed matter they put on the market, from design to recycling, in a circular economy perspective.

In the next few years, companies will be able to develop, implement and financially support the system that will allow them to integrate the long-awaited quality standards, ensure the traceability of materials and transparent accountability, as well as innovate and position curbside recycling as a real economic lever.
